You cannot go wrong with this thick and creamy blend of light rum, Kaluha and vanilla ice cream. Serve it in a snifter glass and enjoy as a post-dinner dessert drink.

Ingredients

3/4 ounce light rum
3/4 ounce Kahlúa
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup ice

Directions

Place the rum, Kaluha, ice cream and ice into a blender and process the mixture until smooth.
Pour the cocktail into a snifter glass and serve immediately.
