Dogwood Manhattan Cocktail

A few sips of this smooth, multi-flavored and aromatic cocktail will have you believing that you are surrounded by a forest of lush dogwood blossoms.

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino
  • 1/4 ounce dry vermouth
  • 6 drops peach bitters
  • 8 drops Peychaud’s bitters
  • 2 drops orange bitters
  • 1 drop Angostura bitters


  1. Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing it into the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass; serve immediately.
