A creamy bourbon pie in a chocolate crust.
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipping cream, whipped
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 (6 ounce) chocolate piecrust
- Melt the marshmallows with the milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Chill to cool. Fold in the whipped topping and bourbon. Spread into the prepared crust. Chill for 5 hours.
