A creamy bourbon pie in a chocolate crust.

Ingredients

  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton whipping cream, whipped
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 (6 ounce) chocolate piecrust

Directions

  1. Melt the marshmallows with the milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Chill to cool. Fold in the whipped topping and bourbon. Spread into the prepared crust. Chill for 5 hours.
