A great dip to use with fresh fruit. It can also be used as a dressing mixed in a fruit salad.
- 8 oz pacage of cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place cheese, cream and vanilla in a blender.
- Squeeze the lime over the ingredients.
- Blend on meduim until smooth.
