A fun and healthy cheesy egg and toast breakfast.


  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the margarine on both sides of the bread and place in 6-ounce custard cups. Gently press into create a cup.
  2. Beat together the remaining ingredients and pour evening into the cups. Bake until egg is set, about 15 minutes.
