A fun and healthy cheesy egg and toast breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 4 slices whole-wheat bread
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the margarine on both sides of the bread and place in 6-ounce custard cups. Gently press into create a cup.
- Beat together the remaining ingredients and pour evening into the cups. Bake until egg is set, about 15 minutes.
