Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 dill seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic

Directions

  1. Blend everything together until smooth.
