This fresh and intensely-flavored dill and mustard dressing tastes wonderful drizzled over steamed vegetables, tossed with boiled potatoes or spooned over grilled salmon.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk well until the mixture is thoroughly blended; serve immediately.
