A chic and sophisticated cocktail, serve this beverage at your next exclusive dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Hennessy VS cognac
  • 1 ounce good quality Crème de Cassis de Dijon
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon twist to garnish

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix.
  2. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
