This version of the classic Side Car cocktail augments the amount of Cognac in the blend to 3 ounces, yet still manages to retain an even balance of sweet and sour taste.

Ingredients

3 parts Cognac
1 part Cointreau
1 part Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then double strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
