Quick and simple cornbread with ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine all the ingredients until well mixed and pour into the prepared pan.
