A good gin for this cocktail is Bombay Sapphire- it blends quite nicely with the vermouth and creme de framboise and has a smoother flavor than most other gins.


  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 dashes dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce creme de framboise


  1. Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds to combine and then pour into the prepared glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with 2 red stirrers and serve immediately.
