Boiled eggs filled with stuffing and sprinkled with paprika.


  • 12 Eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika (or to taste)


  1. Cut each boiled egg into two parts lengthwise.
  2. Take a bowl and place yellow egg yolks in it after removing them from eggs.
  3. Mash the egg yolks completely.
  4. Add onion, tabasco, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in it. Mix well to make filling mixture.
  5. Fill the egg whites with this filling mixture and sprinkle paprika over it.
  6. Place them on a serving plate.
