Prior to serving this cognac-based drink to guests, carefully flame the orange peel yourself to add additional flair to its presentation.

Ingredients

  • 6 drops high-quality balsamic vinegar
  • 1-1/2 ounces high -quality cognac
  • flamed orange peel to garnish

Directions

  1. Place the balsamic vinegar and cognac into a brandy snifter or a coupe glass, and then gently swirl to combine.
  2. Garnish the cocktail with a flamed orange peel and then serve immediately.
