Deluxe Cheesecake is a creamy classic.

Ingredients

  • 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1, 8 ounce container sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1, 9 inch prepared graham cracker crumb crust

Directions

  1. Blend cream cheese, egg, vanilla and sugar together. Add sour cream and pour into graham cracker crust.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes, then turn off oven. Leave in for 30 minutes. Chill.
