Deliciously Easy Cake

Directions

1. Select your favorite flavor of cake mix. Spray pan with cooking spray.
2. Prepare according to package directions with the following modifications. Add 1 tablespoon flour to the dry mix and blend well. Substitute and equal amount of applesauce for the vegetable oil and substitute an equal number of egg whites for whole eggs.
3. Cool in pan on rack. Remove when completely cool. Frost cake and garnish as desired.
