Serve Deep Fried Lobster with hot clarified butter or cocktail sauce and lemon.
- 20, 2 ounces each slipper lobster tails
- 2-3 cups Golden Dip breading mix
- 3 eggs, beaten
- flour and salt for dredging
- Drain lobster tail in colander. Place lobster in seasoned flour; shake off excess. Dip in beaten eggs, then into breading mix.
- Deep fry at 325-350 degrees F until golden brown. Drain and serve immediately.
