Serve Deep Fried Lobster with hot clarified butter or cocktail sauce and lemon.


  • 20, 2 ounces each slipper lobster tails
  • 2-3 cups Golden Dip breading mix
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • flour and salt for dredging


  1. Drain lobster tail in colander. Place lobster in seasoned flour; shake off excess. Dip in beaten eggs, then into breading mix.
  2. Deep fry at 325-350 degrees F until golden brown. Drain and serve immediately.
