This Date Nut Fruit Cake is loaded with raisins, dates and pecans.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pound raisins
  • 1 pound pecans, whole
  • 2 pounds dates, whole
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour, until half full, into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
