Sweet and saucy apricot glazed baby back ribs.
Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds baby back pork ribs
- 1 (16 ounce) jar apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
Directions
- Add the ribs to the bottom of a greased slow cooker. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spread over the ribs. Cook covered for 6-8 hours on low.
