This creamy and light cocktail is made with just two ingredients: Cynar and an egg. The intensity and bitterness of the Cynar is tamed by the smoothness of the egg without taking away any of the actual flavor.v

Ingredients

2-1/2 ounces Cynar
1 egg

Directions

Place the egg and Cynar into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake the mixture for 40 seconds and then open the shaker and fill with ice.
Shake the mixture vigorously for an additional 40 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
