Slow cooked surry and tomato soup.
Ingredients
- 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup flour
Directions
- Mix together everything but the flour int he slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Take 2 cups of the soup mixture into a small bowl and stir the flour into it. Stir the flour mixture back in with the tomato soup. Cover and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes.
