Curried Tuna is a great dish when you're in a hurry. Make it special by adding a tossed green salad and dessert.
Ingredients
- 1, 7 ounce can white meat tuna packed in water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can of milk
- 1, 81/2 ounce can peas
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Amaretto liqueur
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- hot cooked noodles
Directions
- In top of double boiler over medium heat, put soup and milk. Blend well, add tuna and peas, breaking tuna into bite sized pieces.
- Add seasonings and cook at low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Serve over noodles and sprinkle with parsley and almonds.
