Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds cooked shrimp
  • 1 package frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 can chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup almonds, slivered

Directions

  1. Mix shrimp, peas, celery and onion. Chill.
  2. Combine lemon juice, curry, soy sauce and garlic salt. Mix all together with shrimp mixture.
  3. Add mayonaise and chow mein noodles just before serving.
