Cumin and green onion seasoned rice.
Ingredients
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Directions
- Add the broth to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the cumin and rice. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. Add the green onions and fluff.
