Cumin and green onion seasoned rice.


  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions


  1. Add the broth to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the cumin and rice. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. Add the green onions and fluff.
