Sweet and tangy low fat cucumber, strawberry and green pepper salad.
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, quartered
- Mix together the lime juice and green pepper. Toss with the strawberries and cucumbers. Refrigerate before serving.
