Ideally, use an organic and unwaxed cucumber to create this vodka mixture. Otherwise, wash and peel the cucumber well before using.

Place the vodka and the cucumber into a jar, seal and let steep for 4 days in a cool and dry area.
Strain the liquid into a clean bottle and discard the cucumber.
