Fresh ginger adds a burst of flavor to this light and bubbly champagne cocktail.
- 1.5 ounces Bacardi limon
- 1 ounce Lillet
- Fresh ginger
- 1 piece of crystallized ginger to garnish
- Place the fresh ginger, Bacardi limo and the Lillet into a cocktail shaker and muddle with the back of a spoon or a muddler.
- Pour the ginger mixture into a champagne glass and then top with champagne.
- Garnish the cocktail with the crystallized ginger and serve immediately.
