This rum-based cocktail is a creamy and frothy delight. Better to serve it as a post-dinner treat as its rich taste is quite filling.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces rum
- 1 barspoon heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg
- grated nutmeg to garnish
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds to combine.
- Fill the shaker with ice and then vigorously shake for an additional 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and then garnish with a light dusting of nutmeg; serve immediately.
