Crustless Peach Pie is made with canned peaches and Bisquick.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1, 12 ounce can peaches
- 1 cup syrup from peaches
Directions
- Mix Bisquick, sugar, butter and syrup with electric mixer. Place peaches in baking dish and cover with Bisquick mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
