- 5 zucchini, sliced paper thin
- 4 yellow squash, sliced paper thin
- 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions with tops, sliced
- 2 (2 ounce) packages slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle creamy Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Add everything to a large bowl and toss until coated. Chill before serving.
