Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 2 cups sifted all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pecan halves

Directions

  1. Blend together the eggs, milk and salad oil until creamy. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except the pecans, and continue blending on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a preheated waffled iron and cook until golden brown. Top with pecan halves.
