Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 2 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pecan halves
Directions
- Blend together the eggs, milk and salad oil until creamy. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except the pecans, and continue blending on high until smooth.
- Pour into a preheated waffled iron and cook until golden brown. Top with pecan halves.
