Creamy, crunchy lime pie on a pretzel crust.
- 2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pretzel crust
- Cream together the cream cheese, lime peel, lime juice and milk until smooth. Pour into the piecrust. Freeze.
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
