Creamy, crunchy lime pie on a pretzel crust.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pretzel crust

Directions

  1. Cream together the cream cheese, lime peel, lime juice and milk until smooth. Pour into the piecrust. Freeze.
  2. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
