Crunchy Cranberry Salad Mold has celery, apples and nuts added for texture.
- 1 small package raspberry gelatin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup whole cranberry sauce, mashed
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup apple, diced
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
- Dissolve gelatin and salt in 1 cup boiling water in a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a mold. Chill until firm.
