Cherry Cranberry Salad has celery added for a nice crunchy texture.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package cherry gelatin
- 1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce, mashed
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Add next 3 ingredients; mix well. Fold in sour cream. pour into a 4 cup mold. Chill until firm.
