Bread crumbs give Crumb Coated Potatoes a nice texture.


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3, 16 ounce cans whole white potatoes, drained


  1. In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, into hot butter, stir dried bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add potatoes, shaking skillet to coat potatoes evenly with bread crumbs. Cook until potatoes are golden and heated through, about 15 minutes, shaking skillet occasionally.
