Slow cooked round steak and vegeteables with tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound round steak
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1(15 ounce) can tomato sauce
Directions
- Slice the steak into serving size pieces.
- Mix together the flour, salt and pepper in a shallow pan. Coat the meat with the flour.
- Arrange the onion in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with the meat and vegetables. Pour the tomato sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
