Slow cooked round steak and vegeteables with tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound round steak
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1(15 ounce) can tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Slice the steak into serving size pieces.
  2. Mix together the flour, salt and pepper in a shallow pan. Coat the meat with the flour.
  3. Arrange the onion in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with the meat and vegetables. Pour the tomato sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
