This has been a family favorite for years.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups diced celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1, 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1, 28-ounce can whole tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except shrimp in crock pot. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours (3 - 4 hours on high).
- Add shrimp last hour of cooking.
