Crock Pot Sausage Stew

You can add any vegetable to this stew for a different taste.

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut
  • 2 pkg. Smokey Links, slice into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions

  1. In a crock pot layer all ingredients ending with the soup and cheese on top.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
