Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hashed brown potatoes
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can french onion rings
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine frozen vegetables, soup, milk, and half the onion rings.
  2. Pour into a crockpot that has been sprayed with a non stick spray.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low 8 - 9 hours (high 4 hours). Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top before serving.
