Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hashed brown potatoes
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can french onion rings
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a bowl combine frozen vegetables, soup, milk, and half the onion rings.
- Pour into a crockpot that has been sprayed with a non stick spray.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low 8 - 9 hours (high 4 hours). Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top before serving.
