This can be put into small containers, placed in freezer and served later.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds boneless lean pork shoulder
- 1 can cola
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Pour cola over roast.
- Cover and Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
- Remove pork roast from pot.
- Shred into a bowl.
- Discard liquid.
- Return roast to crock pot.
- Add barbecue sauce and stir slowly.
- cover and continue to cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- Add more barbecue sauce if needed.
- Serve.
