You can serve these meatballs over your favorite noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh onion
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 12 ounces chili sauce

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Shape mixture into 30 (1 1/2 inch) meatballs.
  3. Combine ketchup, sugar, juice, and sauces in a crock pot.
  4. Gently stir in meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
