You can serve this Italian beef on a bun or on a bed of noodles.
Ingredients
- 3 lb. rump roast
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. au jus gravy mix
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 6 pepperoncini peppers
Directions
- In a bowl combine water, gravy mix, dressing, and Italian seasoning.
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Pour mixture over the roast.
- Add peppers if desired.
- Cover and cook on low about 4 hours.
- Pull the roast apart and cook 1 hour more.
