Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast, skinless and boned, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Place onions in the bottom of a crock pot.
- Place chicken on top of onions.
- Layer the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 2½-4 hours.
