This is only for those who enjoy eating chicken hearts and livers.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken hearts
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken livers
- 1 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
Directions
- Flour hearts and livers.
- Brown in small amount of butter.
- Add rest of ingredients and put into crock pot.
- Cover and cook for 8 - 10 hours on low.
