Crock Pot Chicken Curry in a Hurry

Throw this dish together before you leave for work and have a great meal waiting when you get home.


  • 3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, with juice
  • 1 envelope chicken bouillon powder
  • 3 tsp. curry powder


  1. Place the chicken in the crock pot.
  2. Drain the pineapple juice into small bowl, reserving the tidbits.
  3. Combine the bouillon powder and curry powder with the juice, and pour over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  5. Add the pineapple tidbits and cook for an additional 5 minutes on low.

Great except for the pineapple... why ruin a good thing by making it sweet? Who the HELL want's sweet curry. Can't you guys just make a normal curry recipe more indian style instead of trying to make it all fancy NY restaurant style? Normal people like NORMAL recipes... who do you think you are Vogue, Marie Clarie, FancyFoods?

Wonderful recipe. I enjoyed the sweet with the curry. Not everyone is into hot hot hot.
