Low fat crock pot chicken breasts with cabbage, carrots and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 small cabbage, quartered
  • 1 pound package mini-carrots
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) large cans Mexican flavored stewed tomatoes

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
