Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds stew beef
- 1 small onion
- 5 potatoes, cut into chunks
- 5 carrots, cut into chunks
- 5 ribs celery, cut into chunks
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 vegetale bouillon cube
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 teaspoons tapioca
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Put meat on the bottom of your crock pot.
- Add onion, potatoes, carrots and celery.
- Put remainder of ingredients including 2 cans of water on top.
- Cook on low about 10 hours, or put on high for shorter cooking time.
- Stir once during cooking.
