Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew beef cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 1/2 lg. onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. burgundy wine

Directions

  1. Mix in crock pot.
  2. Cook on low 8 hours.
  3. Thicken with some flour is desired.
  4. Add 1 pound of fresh mushrooms for 6 hours of cooking time.
