Serve over a bed of rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 pound lean roast
- 2 cups barbeque sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 can beer
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
Directions
- Place roast in crock pot.
- In a large bowl combine all other ingredients.
- Pour over the roast.
- Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
- Remove meat and shred for serving.
