An elegant French cocktail made with pear puree; serve this in late fall when pears are in season.


  • 4 bar spoons of pear puree
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • 2 ounces Silver Tequila
  • splash of sparkling white wine


  1. Place the pear puree, simple sugar, Lillet Blanc and Tequila in a shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  2. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and then top with the wine. Garnish with a thin slice on pear if desired.
