Tender and buttery, Crescent Sugar Cookies are rolled in confectioners' sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- confectioners' sugar for coating
Directions
- Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, water and flour. Add pecans. Form into small rolls, 1 1/2 inches long.
- Bake at 300 degrees F for 20 minutes or until delicately brown. While hot roll in confectioners' sugar.
